Best Vet and Staff ever!

I m so grateful for your professionalism with my dog Arthur and even more impressed with the attention the receptionist had regarding my son, who was dehydrated. I m so thankful she associated her personal experience and compare it to my son s behavior.

We love Frontier Vet Hospital- we have been seeing Jill Palmer for many years and feel very confident and happy with all of the staff there.

If I hadn t been going to the Cornell Vet for so long, with real friends there now,I would be tempted to come to Frontier. I was quite impressed. Thanks for the great care and help.

Every time Wallie comes to stay with y all, he receives such individualized treatment, he thinks Frontier is a party just for HIM! I particularly appreciate the attention to detail from Cassie, who always makes sure I don t leave him at work overnight! Thank you all!

Loved the Vet we met with. Love our Dr. Beedle. But when she is not available we want Dr.T. She was very knowledgeable, caring, easy to communicate with, and very sweet. We also love the ladiez that were working the front desk on Sunday. The entire staff at Frontier is fabulous. We love you all. And so does Charlie. Thank you for being so kind and loving to him. We know he can be difficult at times. But he is our sweet little man. Thanks again????

The injection meds I was told my pet needed weren’t actually administered as I was told. Had to come back two days later to actually get his treatment. You guys called to let me know about the mixup and offered a refund for the price of the meds, but while I was in the lobby I overheard another pet parent being told Frontier forgot to administer the care ordered. Also, I had to pay for administration of fluids, as well as a fluid kit, but you used the fluids from the fluid kit for the first administration while charging me full price for the fluids and fluid kit. Felt like double charging.

I wasnt having the best day with Maya. We have had some challenges this week. But walking into this office and everyone just wanting to love her up, it was so comforting and motivating me that I can do this. One of the vet techs even came out to help me get her in the car. But I m proud to say she jumped into the car on her own yesterday. Baby steps for a doggie that roamed around on an Indian reservation. The drs and their staff are truly welcoming and eager to answer and assist with anything. Truly appreciated.

Above and beyond my expectations every time!

The price for anal gland extraction was more than twice what I have paid anywhere else. I walked in with 2 small dogs and was gone 10 minutes later and it cost me $64. This is way overpriced, I thought she read the price wring when I handed her my card.

I recently switched from my old Vet office to Frontier. I had an emergency visit about a month prior and really loved the entire experience. From my appointment making to checking in, waiting and my visit with the vet. I am thankful they were open for my emergency visit or I probably would have never found them. They are a bit of a drive but very much worth it. I feel very comfortable with my pets in their care.

My laptop is on its last legs and I had trouble clicking on the stars. My ratings were all five stars.

Everyone was very helpful and professional from the receptionist to the doctor. I appreciate being able to see the doctor on the same day that I called with a concern.
