We live about 25 minutes from Heartland Animal Hospital, but refuse to transfer care for our three animals. All the staff at Heartland are kind and caring. We ve worked with all of the vets and they are all knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to explain things to us. Our dogs actually get excited going to the vet! They are also very accommodating getting our pups in at the same time so we don t have to make two trips. Additionally, the front desk staff and the vet techs are so amazing! We are very satisfied with our care here.

It meant so much . . . When the tech came to get Willie, get a urine sample and take him inside, he didn t look back at me once. Yes, his tail was a little lower, but he was comfortable with hearing he was handsome. Then April brought him out, put him in his crate and I was so pleased. Thank you so much. I don t have to tell you how much this puppy means to me and at this time, wow!! From caring from Nika to now Willie I am so happy I met Dr. Culver all those many years ago. Thank you each of you who care for him.
