I have a new vet thanks to the good folks here, cali seems to be improving

All staff has been exceptional throughout the 20+ years they have taken care of my dogs.

I will never go to another vet office Dr. Prosser is beyond amazing.

Our dog was very sick. We called several veterinarians and no one would take her in due to her condition. Clear Lakes Animal Wellness staff were very helpful and kind. They kept me up to date with our dogs condition. She currently 2 days post-op and looks to be back to our dog we know and love! I couldn t thank them enough for helping us!

I was in the waiting room. I heard my pup crying. (she doesn t normally cry;though she is a very shy anxious pup) I figured it was because of her glands being done. I asked one girl about it and she said yes, she did because of her glands . I said ok though I felt bad for my pup. I get it. When the next girl that came out that had originally taken her back, I asked her if she cried. ( I was curious of the details so i know whats going on with my pup because she is afraid of everything as it is. I know it happens.) She proceeded to tell me it was her foot that slipped on a mat paused then ... or the other dog that was there which I did hear but I know it wasn t that dog. Again, I know things happen. But I really felt put off first by getting 2 different explanations which the first seemed honest and i accepted it no big deal. But the second really put me off and made me question things because my girl already starts shaking just getting in the car and bad experiences won t make it any easier for her.

Enzo and I appreciate the care we receive at every visit! Dr. Prosser and the rest of the staff are always slow and patient with him which helps so much with his anxiety and reactivity. My questions are always answered with detail and I never leave feeling like we didn t receive top notch care! Thank you, Dr. Prosser & staff at Clear Lakes Animal Wellness for being patient and caring for my boy. It is appreciated more than you know!

It would be easier on your staff and Jack if, at his next visit, one of us could be with him the entire time he s there. It made him even more anxious to be separated from us once in the office.

Love Dr Prosser and office staff! I am sure the other vet is awesome to just never has seen her. Best vet I have ever been to.

Dr. Prosser is amazing, as is all the staff!! The process is very lengthy to check out. I feel like it takes forever sometimes!!

I love taking my dogs to Clear Lakes. The staff is fantastic, the vets are great. My dogs are already happy to go there!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor was compassionate and helpful.

Dr. Myer said she would call me with the results of the needle aspirations she took of the cysts on Bella. I haven t heard from her yet

The staff was amazing!! I called 4 other vet places including my own to see my sick kitty after her spay and you guys were able to accomadate me the same day and get her to feeling better. I appreciate it more than you know! Thank you!!

I appreciate that me and Autumn were fitted into the schedule as quickly as we were. It s important to me that I can get in with my babies when there is an emergency. There are times that you really need a vet as soon as is available.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff when I called to make an initial appt and again a few days later when I had more questions. Dr. Meier was super with Lilly! I really struggled with finding another vet that I had confidence in and I m pretty sure that I have finally found the right fit!
