Questions #4 & #5 were especially handled wonderfully. Very clear very informative and instructions were concise. I appreciate them making sure that all questions were answered.

We did get at the appointment like 15 minutes earlier. We though we would have to wait but no, the staff passed us to the room right away. We did not wait at all. That was awesome. Dr. Parra and her staff are excellent.

I just really love that the dogs aren’t all in waiting room at the same time. The doctor and nurse were also very patient with our scared dog!

Would like Dr.Para n staff to move to palm harbor so I don t have to drive to st.pete, tho it s worth it to go to the best vet in the land. We LOVE Dr.Para and her staff.

You should let someone know when you’re scheduling them for a different doctor then your pet has seen every other time they have been in for their whole life. I have called twice and still not received a detailed invoice only email from Trupanion to purchase insurance every time they say they are sending it.

As always, I was very satisfied and pleased with the care given.
