James was the best at servicing my appointment I owe him allot of credit for doing a great job !

James was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything he was doing and why. I felt like my dog was in great hands with him.

I think everyone is absolutely wonderful. My only issue, if you d call it that is I m a mom and a struggling full time student with very little money. I know money shouldn t be an issue when considering your pets care but upon making the appointment I stresses my Financials and asked about a payment plan. I was told not to worry then was given a bill for almost $400 and I was too embarrassed to bring up my money again. I wish I was told they couldn t bill me or further discussion about the bill was had. I was also told after the $79 I would be given an est for service but noone discussed cost with me until it was time to pay and the tests were done. Again I was embarrassed to ask since I had already brought up my money. So I m broke now for a few weeks and my kitty is probably going to require more care :(

Your staff dealt really well with my fraidy cat who had been traumatized in the past. .

The place looks great. Staff has always been wonderful, but so nice that the facilities are looking wonderful too. I trust the staff and Dr Melanie to love my pets as much as I do. Thank you!!!

The care at Noah’s Animal Hospital at Wheaton greatly exceeded my expectation! Everyone was so genuinely kind, caring, and helpful. It was our first time and I will absolutely be bringing my dog back for his routine vet visits in the future! Very grateful to have found this spot! Thanks again!

Dr Murphy and Molly we’re awesome! We came for a 2nd opinion on our sweet dog’s facial cancer and she was so informative, kind, and caring and she spent alot of time with us, going over everything we can expect. Wish we had discovered this office earlier in our journey. We were so encouraged by Dr Murphy and we will stay with her care til “the end.” Thanks so much for helping us Dr Murphy at a difficult time. No charge for our get acquainted visit- doesn’t get any better than that!

After calling maybe 10-15 animal hospitals to get my cat seen, this was the first one that really showed me kindness and I’m forever grateful for that.

Molly was a big help with getting my dog in hurry. Then she explained all medications we would need and kept us updated although the day.

When calling the clinic to notify the staff of my arrival in the parking lot I ended up in a continuous loop of telephone instructions for approximately 6 minutes. (It started over with a forwarding step each time after I pressed all the appropriate options.) I greatly appreciate your established Covid protocols and realize that staffing shortages and/or remote work cause some hiccups but there were no alternatives to informing the office that I was there. We were on time but nobody knew until I finally got connected with a friendly, courteous staff member.

We appreciate the clear, concise explanation we were given for Ginger. Also we were afforded as much time as we needed to understand her condition and our course of treatment. The staff and Dr. Murphy are personality plus to work with. ????

This was a new place for us but Dr. Olech has been our vet for quite awhile. As always we are completely satisfied with the quality of service for our little guys!

Tina was awesome and answered all the questions I had for a first time visit.
