Everyone was fantastic. Kayla and Dr Sue communication was timely and clearly explained. They both took the time to address the concerns that I had regarding my pet in a vocabulary I was able to understand. Explaining the plan for treatment and plan to re-evaluate and follow up on the progress. Payment was fair for services rendered. I trust no one else with my pets

I was very happy with my appointment for my dog. I drop her off and I had to leave for an errand. My dog was treated and they held my dog until I came back. This was very accommodating

I have been taking my dogs to CVH for over 35 years and they have been so kind and professional. The techs and reception staff are the best. I haven t met the newer doctors yet but we love Dr.Murnan and our WONDERFUL Dr. Sue!

Dr. Donovan was very helpful and patient with all my many questions and concerns as was the wonderful vet tech (I think her name was Kayla?). They both made me feel valued as a client and didn’t try to rush though my concerns. Thank you!!

I ve been a customer since the early 90s. CVH has the best staff and Dr. Murnan is awesome!

Always great care - our cat was having some significant problems - he was seen the same day we called and kept overnight. Several different Veterinarians called multiple times to discuss, to explain, and to give updates - very much appreciated their kindness, thoroughness, and their medical care.

I would not take my cats anywhere else. Have been going to Cheektowaga Vet for years now and have received nothing less than stellar care and compassion from everyone!

Always helpful and I appreciate everything your staff does. My rating is excellent for everything. Dr. Murnan is the best and all of the techs are always great with my little dog.

Even though the virus protocols prevent we “pet parents” from coming in with our pets, the staff at Cheektowaga Vets have made a difficult situation better because of their friendliness and empathy for us and our pets. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the Doctors - they are fantastic and so helpful.

The staff here is wonderful. Chelsea the technician that took Maggie in was very pleasant and kind with Maggie. Dr. Murnan is a superstar in my opinion... always explains things very thoroughly and listens to any and all concerns I may have about my pet. She is definitely a keeper!
