Dr. Dircksen was gentle, very thorough and explained all that is going on with MissBell. I was very pleased. Rose was very compassionate and kind when she came to take MissBell in for bloodwork. Always satisfied with the care given.

We had a very good experience. The provider took her time with us and answered all of our questions. And the support staff was great too

Love the curbside option my dog feels very uncomfortable around new people when I m around so the fact they can bring him in without me is a huge benefit the staff are amazing and always have my dog Tysons best interest in mind highly recommended to everyone!

I just love the Cheektowaga Vet . I love the new look and everybody is so friendly . I especially love Dr Sue . She is so loving and gentle towards Belle . I’m sure it’s not just my cat . I believe she loves all animals snd treats all the animals the same . You have to be a special person when it comes to our pets. They are our children. She just has a special touch with Belle and I wouldn’t go to anybody else .

I always have great experiences at Cheektowaga Vets. All the staff are amazing, kind and wonderful to my fur babies and me! All my animals over the years have so very well taken care of there. Dr Suenis the BEST!!!!

As always this is the only place to bring your animals for vetinary care, been going there for 32 years with our animals and the entire staff is nothing short of wonderful

I wish to take a moment to thank the entire staff. I appreciated the prompt time ( same day) it took to get an appointment for Trixi. Truly appreciated. I also want to take a moment and I hope that special thanks is given to Dr. Dircksen and that he be acknowledged for his expertise, kindness, and care he showed. He took the time to explain what Trixi was experiencing and assured me that with proper medication that she will improve and get better. We always feel welcome when we bring Pekalo for his checkup. Everyone makes us and him feel comfortable from the moment we step into the facility. This is the third dog I have been bringing to Cheektowaga Veterinary Hospital. There is a big reason I have been going there for 30 years, Friendly reception and qualified Veterinarians.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. With Rudie being 18, I was very worried but I was reassured by Dr.Murnam. thanks to all of you.
