Over 25 years I ve taken my pets to this veterinary office. The staff are always wonderful and Dr Sue is so patient with nervous pets. I will continue going there as long as I have pets.

I am very thankful while I left my poodle there for a urine sample someone cleaned her left eye which I did not ask. It had crud and she would not let me clean it, but she let someone from Cheektowaga Veterinary hospital clean it.

Whenever we have to bring our dog to your vet he s always treated amazing. Especially in times like this most recent visit where it was urgent, the staff was kind and the vet was thorough and explained every step of what was being done.

I can t thank the staff enough for the you re full experience I had when I had to put my beloved dog down. the staff was phenomenal! They explained everything and took their time. they gave me enough time to make my decision and be there with him. Everything was explained thoroughly and I thank them for making my dog feel comfortable at the end.

Jackson was wonderful. We was kind and gentle with our dog. I can t express how much he was valued at our appointment. He was 10/10 best tech ever!

Our visit was to make the very hard decision of whether to put our beloved, long time pet to sleep. The Dr and staff were very compassionate and informative helping us to make the right decision for our Jack. Although hard we knew with their help it was the right one.
