I can’t say enough about EVERYONE that works at St. Francis. Everyone is so friendly and loving with my dogs. I am never judged or rushed when we are there. Concerns for your pet is their priority. They always follow up with a phone call to check in on your pet after your visit too. I have been going here for 30 years. Obviously some of the staff has changed over time but I never left because they continue to be the BEST.

The staff went above and beyond when I called to say I believed Willa was having a bad reaction to her medication. Was willing to see her immediately. At this point Willa appears to be herself again. Thank you for your caring.

I love everything about St Francis Animal Hospital! All the staff is so helpful and friendly and Dr Polhenke is so special! I feel that he really cares about my Rosie and takes time to explain everything to me about her health when I bring her in. He is truly wonderful!

It was so nice to see Dr. Polehienke again. He was very thorough and gave me some good advice on how to treat him in his later life stages. AnnaBelle says thank you also. I hope to use your services in the future.

Waited 3 weeks for my appointment now waitnig so far 5 days for bloodwork info.

Dr Ruffrano is very patient and so thorough with her explanations. I felt like she took a long time to listen and converse with me regarding any concerns I had.

It was a long wait for an appointment two weeks

The staff is welcoming and kind. Dr was thorough and answered all questions I had. Never felt rushed. Overall a great experience as always. Staff even called the next day to check on my dog - what a special touch!

Dr. Polehinke should work on his people skills. The vet techs are wonderful. They are friendly and handle my dog with sensitivity and kindness.

SFHA doctors and staff are great. I have been going there for over 10 years and the level of care, compassion and treatment has never changed. Its is always top notch. The staff is genuinely kind to all their furry friends and professional and courteous giving their time and patience whether it be in person or on the phone.
