It is a pleasure to bring Scout to St. Francis Hospital for Animals. We had no wait time on Saturday. Right in. Allison was terrific with Scout. And Dr. Shivers is always warm and knowledgeable . The facility is immaculate - with neither animal nor overpowering disinfectant odors.

Dr. Shivers was thorough and answered all my concerns. She called the next day with the results of the bloodwork and showed concern with how my cat was doing. It was a fine experience, as always.

Each and every time I visit St Francis Hospital for Animals, everyone is kind and compassionate. From well visits to dental surgery Dr. s, medical staff and office personnel are always helpful and friendly.

We came for the regular Rabies vaccine and Dr. Parendo took the time to examine our dog and answer our questions very thoroughly and in a easy to understand manner.

We arrived on time for our 2pm appointment and weren t seen until 2:15pm, then after seeing the doctor we had another 10-15 minute wait for the paper work to make its way to the front desk so we could pay and leave. This was just an annual physical.

I always have good experience there.

I was with another Vet office for about 25 years and moved to Oakdale. I cannot believe what a difference. St. Francis staff, facility, Drs, etc far surpass the service I was used to receiving. Their facility is clean, I love the dog/cat entrances, and the staff are warm and friendly. They are excited to see the animals when they come in. The care my dog receives is top notch!

We feel so fortunate to be able to entrust our pets with the doctors and staff of St Francis. The staff is always patient and highly informed in so many areas! The doctors are dedicated and brilliant! A plus in all areas??

I could not be more pleased with the staff at St Francis I had to say goodbye to my beautiful cat this week something I have never had to do before, Dr. Shivers, Denise, Allison were wonderful as is the entire staff they were so kind at a heartbreaking moment in my life. My 4 cats and my daughters two dogs all use St.Francis. They always try to get our animals in ASAP. Dr Parendo always explains everything and returns results As soon as they are back. Jennifer in his office is always pleasant and helpful. His tech staff is amazing.
