We were so pleased with our visit. The Dr. was so kind and patient and gave us a lot of information. We left feeling well informed and with some meds to help our dog. All the staff was wonderful

Dr. Robinson is very thorough and knowledgeable. I have been very pleased that he took care of my Zipper! I just turned 73 and thought perhaps I could find a vet closer to home as I like driving less than when I was younger. My niece Becky Knight referred me to your establishment and I was very pleased with all that was available. If I am not happy with my present decision, I am hoping I can return! There s no direction regarding the scoring system for the questionnaire. The appt was scheduled for a good date/time. I was immediately seen with my cat. I was given prompt, caring and competent care for my cat. Everything was explained well, with respect to my cat s care and the billing.

This was our first visit to Robinsons as we changed vets because I wasn t happy where we were. I called many other vets as well as got some recommendations from friends. I am very happy I chose Robinsons.

The Vet was running behind about 1/2 hour and I needed to slip out and drive my daughter to work. I explained my situation and the receptionist allowed me to leave and return for the appointment. I understand sometimes things happen and delays are inevitable and I really appreciate their efforts to make sure the appointment was done that day. I would not have been able to book again for over a week and Mojo would have missed his playdates next week. So thank you for working with me.

Thatcher is always excited to come in and see all his friends at the clinic...we always feel respected and valued...and the recent addition of a beverage and wee snack is so appreciated when you have to wait for lab results etc. THANK YOU!!! You are the best!!!!!

Everything was fantastic. I especially appreciated that my cats were also able to have their nails clipped. That is such a pain for me and it took less than five minutes there. Wonderful treatment and amazing facility. Thanks for the tour also. See you soon for their booster shots.

Robinson Vet staff were amazing and very helpful when I brought mine and my boyfriends puppy in. They were very kind and helped with getting him the right food and getting the right shots for him.

absolutely great! It can be a stressful time for pet owners when we have an anxious pet, but your staff goes beyond in helping out with the visit. I have found many vet clinics expect the owners to hold on to their pet and sometimes this can be impossible when the pet is uncooperative and just wants to get out of the clinic. You all have tremendously taken over and made my visit less stressful. I will be recommending your clinic to family and friends for sure. Thanks again!
