Very friendly and patient staff. My puppy is pretty dramatic and the office did a great job with her, followed up with me and helped with her recovery after being fixed. Have been going here with my pets for around 10 years and will continue to do so!

I love that we were greeted as familiar faces at reception despite being relatively new clients. We were immediately offered the room and didn’t have to wait in the lobby. I love that the rooms are always clean and fresh. While waiting in the examination room, my children enjoyed watching the information on the tv. Our initial exam with the tech was thorough and relaxed. She was friendly and patient with our super active pup. Our exam with Dr. Robinson was quick, yet again very thorough. The kids were amazed that he was able to give her all 4 vaccines with such little fuss. Thank you for offering such great care! We look forward to our routine visits!

The cleanliness is top notch. Also, the professionalism from the entire staff was amazing. My puppy was really nervous when he entered the building , not knowing what to expect. The front staff was amazing with him and made my puppy feel comfortable and at ease right away. Thank you for the great customer service. Looking forward to our next visit.

I have been coming here for 8 years with my first dog and never once did I get a reminder when he was due for shots. Other people I knew that had been going to you got mailed reminders. This is very unprofessional, you had our address, phone number and email. Now I have another dog and I have been asked to opt into email notifications when I already was supposed to be opted in. Then when I come in to drop my dog off for a neuter and am then second one in the office and have been waiting patiently only to have another person come in and be served first I found extremly rude on both parties.
