As always the time was taken to answer all of our questions and ensure Maddie had a clean bill of health. Received prompt and clear instructions via email as to how to proceed in altering our dog s diet to better meet her needs. Dog food appropriate for Maddie was ordered with next day delivery. I appreciated the fact I got in on the same day as I was very concerned about the dog. I have absolute trust and faith in the services here. Family run small town atmosphere. New vet was very personable and knowledgable.

Thatcher and I are always treated well... he loves his visits to the clinic ! I’ve always found the staff to be informative and very caring! The coffee/ water and treats is a nice touch when you’re needing to wait to be seen or for lab results!

I wasn’t aware that we weren’t seeing dr Robinson, But I loved the new vet and the support staff that had to hold Oliver for his shots!

My kids and I had another great experience during our appointment today. It was annual shot and check-up day and the staff was friendly and efficient as always. My dogs have become a bit uncooperative at your office lately and everyone is very patient and kind to each of them, and me! The newest Dr. is really good with my pets and she was very thorough with each of them, and super patient when they were a little fussy about their ears and nails. Always a wonderful experience at Robinson s!
