After putting my dog down, I had a very hard time returning to any veterinary office. Dr. Robinson and his staff have been wonderfully patient with me and my pets, incredibly empathetic and supportive. They have been accommodating, friendly and helpful, and despite the difficulties they must be experiencing with the ever evolving restrictions due to Covid, they are positive and transparent. Dr. Robinson and all of his staff has set an incredibly high precedent for what a vet should be, and I am grateful that they are with us on our journey as pet parents.

It was hard as you have it set up that we need a cell phone to contact you when we arrive etc. That is hard for folks without their cell. But once we got the attention of someone inside it was a pleasant visit and all went well. Maybe a door bell would be helpful for those without cells ?
