Staff are always friendly, efficient & accommodating

I was really pleased with the visit Exceptional personal service and my pup walked in like she was with an old friend.l felt very comfortable and new l was at the place we should be.Also felt very confident with the Doctors prognosis. I look forward to entrusting my pets care with these good people.

Hi , yes we got the bloodwork done for our dog today before you would give us his preventative ... tick, flea, stuff ... I realize that must be your policy for the blood work but I don’t agree that you will not sell us the preventative without the bloodwork , however we do find Brent , Mandy , Kendal & Staff Are awesome and are very caring for your pets , I would always bring my dogs there and recommend them to a lot of people ..and our dog Chuck loves going there lol ! The staff and Dr. Robinson provide excellent customer service and explains exactly what is going on with our dog. I am extremely satisfied with our visit today. Dr. Robinson shows genuine care for my dog which is so amazing and comforting to see! Thank you ??

Vet services in general are crazy expensive these days, and today was no exception! I’m glad this survey popped up. I wanted to write and say that - in addition to the great in person service I received today - the after hours weekend call I had to make was exceptional. The doctor really listened, came up with a plan and put my mind at ease. Many thanks to her and to Robinson Vet Clinic.

Awesome vet service and care! I have been a customer for 10+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My cat had an ear issue a few weeks ago and I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t serious! Staff and doctor did a swab and had a look and found nothing! NO CHARGE TODAY!! So impressed with customer service!!

The service & people were great as always, I just found it a little distressing to pass off Milosh and not be with him during his examination and shots.

Everything was perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing.

My first 2 ratings were not higher, which normally they would be but I do understand due to the Covid-19 , vet visits are not of the norm. And as time goes on I’m very confident that the office appointments times and visits will be much more efficient.

Excellent service, particularly given the challenging pandemic. I was very relieved that my pet was seen the same day I called. There was a snafu on the bill resulting in a gross overcharge but that was quickly remedied and refunded to me.

Smooth process for my dog getting fixed. Thank you again!! You guys are the best

We are thankful that the vet and staff take the time listen and explain. You know our pets are family. If you need to take any samples ie urine let us know when we call for appointment.

Obviously you know why not 5 stars for office clean question as we are not allowed into the building. ??
