Love the Doctors and their staff.

I have never had any problem. Everyone there takes time to explain things.

we prefer face to face consultation sadly . we needed to chase for our receipt to be sent to us.

Very satisfied with Dr and treatment. My dog is not scratching so far and not shaking her head. I guess she is getting better and happy about that. I will certainly be back.

We suggest at least one person should be able to go in with their pet for the visit due to the increase of numbers in stores and restaurants during the pandemic.

Picking up my cat in the afternoon was very difficult. I called and called and was sent to an extension (105) to leave a message. I left 2 messages but received no response. So I just drove there and asked the first Vet Tech I saw what was happening. She had no idea but reported to inside that I was outside looking to pick up my cat after his surgery. It felt uncomfortable.

The office staff and doctors are wonderful. They are always caring and strive to do their best with every situation. Keep up the great work and efforts because it is so much appreciated and does not go unnoticed. I appreciate everyone. THANK YOU!

The staff were all friendly and answered any questions I had. I was seen quickly and given recommendations for further procedures. I am very satisfied with my experience and hope to come again for more normal appointments.
