Dont know if place was clean because of Covid. Completely understandable with no one coming indoors. Actually appreciate it.

what really helped us was that we called to bring my dog in at the last moment and we actually were able to get an appointment within the next 2 hrs. I thought we d have to wait a week or so cause I know how busy they were. this really helped my dog out a lot ! we thank you !

Everything was great, as always. My only complaint is, I did not ge information regarding charges for the visit. If something could be sent in the mail I would appreciate it very much. Thank You Happy New Year

#6 it’s always clean, but due to COVID the per parent can’t go in. But I’m sure the clinic is still clean

My dog was very sick when arrived, spent 1 day in the hospital. when I went to pick him up, waited over 1 hr. to get it (I understand, you are very busy) when returned technitian gave me instructions for medications but I never got to talk to the doctors who took care of him, not was I informed what caused his condition or how to prevent it; it s OK if Drs. are puzzled and do not have a diagnosis (if this was the case) but I would feel much more comfortable if they come out and inform me.

Given the COVID precautions, this visit was very well done, and I felt that my pet was in good hands. I do look forward to when I can go in and speak more directly with the Dr., but being called by the Dr. while my pet was still with him was the next best thing.

I did not receive an invoice for the visit.

It sounded very busy in there. I never heard back from the vet after my dog got her shots, but she seems fine and we didn t have any concerns.

We appreciate the care nd help from Dr. Greenberg, Steve and the rest of the staff in these hard times. Thank you again for all of your help.

Everything went well do to the COVID-19 restrictions. Was there and back home in 30 minutes.

My pet did not wait a long time to be seen, however, we waited for 40 minutes after the appointment to receive our receipt and needed rabies certification. I was disappointed with this because it is unlike our service in the past

Dr Greenberg always explains what to expect with appointment and gets back (In a timely manner) if needed.

I brought Coco Chanel to see the vet because something was wrong with her back. She wouldn t walk, and she was in pain. On Saturday she went to the groomer for a bath and a nail trim. By late Sunday, she couldn t walk. At first I think it was IVDD, in an early stage, but I m wondering if she fell off the grooming table at the grooomer s and they didn t tell me. The only time she was away from me was the hour she spent at the groomer, and within 28 hours, she was a different dog. is it possible she had a sore back (vet s words) because she fell at the grooomer? Regarding your survey, I tried clicking on the star for excellent, but nothing happened. The survey didn t work. I m using Firefox to read this email.

Every time I take my pet to this vet, it s such a pleasant experience. The best service and quick visits make this place a gem!

I think it would be helpful to have a selection, when calling, that indicates that you have arrived with your pet for your appointment. It wasn t a long time to wait, but it was quite a long time to be on hold while sitting in the parking lot just to tell someone we had arrived. Staff was excellent as always.

Staff and Dr. Belli are the greatest.
