I would recommend East Brunswick animal hospital. All the doctors and staff are very caring and experienced. My pets over the years have been well treated. They’re the best

East Brunswick Animal Hospital was recommended to me by a few people. I’m so happy we we listened and take our dog there. Every experience we had was great. The staff is very friendly and all of our appointments have been at the time they say with no wait. I highly recommend them.

I gave a cc info but then i decided to have an echo done so i called the office to give them a different cc to use. While i waited for my dog i got notice my acct was overdrawn. I called the office to tell them they used the wrong card. The girl stated there were two numbers written down. So apparently instead of asking me which one to use she chose the one herself. Which caused my acct to have a zero balance. I asked her to cancel it now and she stated ut would take a month for me to receive a refund. Which i became more irate. Due to simeones negligence i now have no money in my account and my other bills will bounce due to this person’s incompetence. I will never give my cc info in advance. I will not pay a bill until i know how much i owe. If it wasnt for dr sierke being such a great dr i would not return to the office. I have been there for 11 years with 3 dogs and have recently spent thousands at the office. This should have never have happened.

Please let at least one Pet Parent in with Pet at time of examination. The Pets are very scared without a Pet Parent.

Dont know if place was clean because of Covid. Completely understandable with no one coming indoors. Actually appreciate it.

what really helped us was that we called to bring my dog in at the last moment and we actually were able to get an appointment within the next 2 hrs. I thought we d have to wait a week or so cause I know how busy they were. this really helped my dog out a lot ! we thank you !

Everything was great, as always. My only complaint is, I did not ge information regarding charges for the visit. If something could be sent in the mail I would appreciate it very much. Thank You Happy New Year

#6 it’s always clean, but due to COVID the per parent can’t go in. But I’m sure the clinic is still clean

My dog was very sick when arrived, spent 1 day in the hospital. when I went to pick him up, waited over 1 hr. to get it (I understand, you are very busy) when returned technitian gave me instructions for medications but I never got to talk to the doctors who took care of him, not was I informed what caused his condition or how to prevent it; it s OK if Drs. are puzzled and do not have a diagnosis (if this was the case) but I would feel much more comfortable if they come out and inform me.

Given the COVID precautions, this visit was very well done, and I felt that my pet was in good hands. I do look forward to when I can go in and speak more directly with the Dr., but being called by the Dr. while my pet was still with him was the next best thing.

I did not receive an invoice for the visit.

It sounded very busy in there. I never heard back from the vet after my dog got her shots, but she seems fine and we didn t have any concerns.

We appreciate the care nd help from Dr. Greenberg, Steve and the rest of the staff in these hard times. Thank you again for all of your help.

Everything went well do to the COVID-19 restrictions. Was there and back home in 30 minutes.
