Excellent customer service. The staff tried very hard to accommodate a quick appointment for me & was patient during several phone calls. Upon arrival the office was busy. However, every single person behind the desk was friendly, professional and calm. Really great place. The receptionist at check in area especially attentive & friendly. Nice job with your employees!

I had a real scare with my sweet dog, Maggie. She suddenly started turning panting and turning in circles, leaning (almost collapsing) into her turn. I called and got an immediately appointment to come on in. As we drove to the appointment, her symptoms gradually and eventually completely resolved (it was a long rush-hour drive). I turned around and came home. I was a little delayed in calling to cancel the appointment but the staff answering the phone was very kind. All she cared about was how wonderful it was that my dog was okay. As an aside, there was a crazy swarm of gnat-like insects in the backyard. I think perhaps she got a few in her ear. Who knows. What I do know is that it is ALWAYS a wonderful experience at EB Animal Hospital.

Just would like to say how much we like Dr Greenberg, my dog loves her and she is so sweet and truly loves the animals. We would not go anywhere else and I travel 45 mins from Jackson, ocean county. I have been coming herewith all the boxers I have had in the last 25 yrs!

You got me in to see a vet on the same day I called even though my dog would be a new patient. Amazing...Your staff was so very helpful and friendly. If you hadn t taken my emergency, my dog would have had to wait 3 days to see our former vet. We are forever grateful.
