I’ve been a long time client and lately every time I come in for a visit I have issues with billing. I recommend being shown the bill before being asked to pay. Also, I specifically told the front desk upon check in that I did NOT want the rabies vaccine as my township provides it for free and I had planned to take both of my dogs at the same time to my township clinic and be able to settle the licenses at the same time. This caused me a great inconvenience when they gave the rabies shot without my knowledge and approval. also, I mentioned that I get the heartworm test every other year that my dogs are on preventative, and they took her for bloodwork, and tried to charge me for the heartworm test of which they dispose of the vial and reverse the charges. I shouldn’t have to go through this every time I come into the office. I’m seriously considering changing to a different facility.

I have a problem with my dog and everyone is very helpful in avoiding situations for me and my dog

The techs I saw Steve and Inga were THE BEST. Very caring, professional and friendly. The doctor we saw that day, while relatively new to me (we usually see Dr. Cutillo), was superb. Very thorough and professional. My experience (and Buddy’s) couldn’t have been better. Thank you.

Dr Iyer is very professional and thorough

These questions have nothing to do with what happened during my appointment. The vet I saw, Iyer, was rude, talked over me, and didn’t even greet my dogs or show them any concern. She wouldn’t pick up one of my dogs or check his teeth. He wasn’t even weighed. I came for a wellness check and to address concerns but because I was so uncomfortable with her behavior and put off balance, I didn’t have the chance. I’ve come here for years and will not be coming back. Worst vet experience I’ve ever had. And now I have to do the same appiihtmm my tbh again somewhere else.

Dr. Ramos and the vet tech (sorry, missed her name) were great, attentive, and gentle. We came in with Beans for ear trouble a week before her well visit appointment for vaccines and we were able to get all taken care of. Dr. Ramos asked multiple times if there was more she could do. In retrospect, my fault , I should have asked for nail trimming and instructions on how to address Beans’ smelly anal glands, but I need to do better keeping a list of running questions on day-to-day things. We love this place.
