The whole staff is very nice,and so kind Dr. Desmond is outstanding. I just think that she’s an absolute caring doctor and the technicians are wonderful.!

It would be nice when I called the office not to be put on hold all the time. I get it that the people are busy, but my call is as important as the people in the room. Sometimes the wait on hold is so long that I call back to get someone on the phone. Other than that suggestion, I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Thats why I keep coming back.

I love how I was able to get in same day with my cat when he was having a cold. The wait was long but care was prompt and staff was great.

I really appreciate having a reliable vet nearby. Also appreciated is being able to make an appointment within a few days rather than weeks away. Thank you!

Dr. Ramos is amazing on every level. As for suggestions, the place needs some updating and loud and incessant barking dogs were stressful to the humans and smaller pets during the 30 plus minute wait. Separate area? Overall, I appreciate the excellent care I have every time I bring any of my five pets in. Thank you.

This was a very good experience for me. I called with a serious concern about my cat in pain after landing wrong on his back leg.This is not my regular Vet, but they were very quick to give me an appointment and see my cat.

While I was waiting for my appointment two emergencies came in and I was very impressed by the speed and compassion which with they were handled.

The vet needs to spend more time on diagnosing the pet ailments, going over procedures and treatment options. The ought to review the pet history and give a damn. I put call in for a vet and she didn’t a vet tech called me instead. This is not acceptable
