Eddie (my dog) and I absolutely love coming here. Eddie is so excited and often doesn t want to leave. We consistently have kind, courteous, and helpful staff assisting us. I am a new dog mom so often have lots of questions or just need reassurance so the caring and positive staff are so very appreciated!!

Both Brian, the vet, and his technician did a great job explaining my dog s needs and options for pain management.

The techs were kind and patient with Lola (she d been traumatized previously by out of state techs aggressively drawing blood, resulting in a 1/2 x 3/4 hemotoma and was hyperventilating for hours - she is a super placid dog, so unlike her to get hyper). Thank you for your wonderful compassionate care and understanding in helping to make her blood draws less stressful for her. You re all awesome, even asking us on the way out how everything went!

We had an at home appt. and it was so much better for my cat then coming into the facility. He was not stressed out and felt more comfortable. Please continue with this option for those animals that do not do well going to the facility. Thank you.

The whole team went above and beyond - we were extremely thankful for the great care and attention you guys gave our dogs. Dealing with 3 dogs at the vet is NOT easy but your team made it much less stressful. What I was most appreciative of is the extra time they took to get all of our dogs nails clipped. This is one area where my dogs are insanely difficult to deal with but your team was willing to try a few different approaches to get the job done - something our prior vet would not do. We were very thankful for the great team at Countryside and glad we chose to go there!
