It was pretty cool that the vet tech took my dog to the back to introduce him to all the other vet techs and they all thought my dog was so cute!

The tech that helped us was AMAZING! I believe her name was Amber! My dog previously had a traumatic experience with getting her nails trimmed. Amber was very caring and compassionate and made the nail trimming a more pleasant experience for my dog. The receptionist, I believe her name was Dar was very friendly and came out to greet us right when we walked in! We love Countryside!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I liked that the veterinarian, Brian, took time to help my pet feel more relaxed before examining her. I appreciated that the receptionist squeezed us in for an appointment when I had to unexpectedly cancel our original appointment. Great service!

Good veterinarians are not easy to find. I was vet impressed by the awesome lady at the desk. She was very friendly and loved rocky from the start. Both vets that I saw were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of the questions I had to my satisfaction. Thanku for the awesome service and treating my dog like family.
