I can’t thank everyone at CountrySide enough. After my dog had an ear laceration everyone bent over backwards to help us. From the on call vet calling with advice, staff calling to check up on us, to sneaking him and even doing the procedure mid-afternoon. To top it all off, she did his yearly exam during the visit and saved us an appointment we had scheduled a few weeks later. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of everyone. I have recommended CountrySide before and will continue, you are all amazing!!

Kat and Dr. Katie spent extra time with Emerald to make her feel comfortable and safe. Both understood her nature and background of feeling the “need” to guard. It was reassuring to hear that all dogs are different and their temperaments/ personalities can be something to work with and they have to learn how to adapt as well as the dog. We know Emerald is hyper protective and we work to have her not guard or feel anxious to be “working” as the Great Pyrénées in her comes out ten fold in public. Both Kat and Dr Katie came from a point of understanding vs scolding on how we need to get my dog trained to stop it which happened at our last visit.

They really care about you and your animals and taught me things I didnt know

Fetch is like a rockstar whenever she comes to the vet. We always feel so welcome and like our dog is the best dog ever - which she is!!!

They were so patient with my dog, who is not a fan of the vet. It’s the smoothest an appointment has went in a long time. We so appreciate the care they gave him and how good they were to him!
