The veterinarian and all the staff who interacted with my dog, Sully, during his appointment were fantastic. He is a very excited, high energy dog and they handled him perfectly. They were also very kind and courteous to me as well. Got us in and out in a very timely manner. Thank you for a great visit.

Dr. Michaela, Dr. Palmer and the rest of the team were awesome! Saved our dog after he was attacked by two dogs while out for a walk. It was obvious that he was in very capable hands. Thank you to everyone who stayed late to fix him up! We deeply appreciate all of the TLC…even though he is quite dramatic. He loves you all too!

Dr Sara Burke is very easy to talk to and was open to questions about my dog’s care. I felt Dr Sara addressed all my concerns. I appreciate the extra time she took to explain and show me how to clean my lab, and what the next steps in treatment are.

I really liked Katie and her technician. Very thorough.

As a new dog parent with a sick little pup, I called and was scared and emotional. The receptionist was very kind and was able to help get me in that day. From first walking in with my scared little one everyone was super kind and understanding. All of the staff was extremely patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I am very happy I was referred her and appreciate everyone there!

Great staff who helped out.

I ended up at the wrong office. The staff were extremely helpful. I just needed the dog nails trimmed. The staff found a tech who was able to do the job and called the other office to cancel appointment there. The tech actually was able to start a few minutes earlier, was friendly, and very patient. My dog gets nervous with people she has never met. Not only did she make the dog comfortable but did not need another staff person to assist. Bambi and I are very happy. A mistake on my part about location turned out to be a blessing!
