Gave us lot of information and answers that was needed to help our puppy. Took the time to get back to me and reassure me that our puppy was in good hands having surgery. Thank you all for your kindness and warm welcoming.

Love the care by entire staff. I know time is important but patients and owners need to remember emergencies also happen and if it were our pet, we would want immediate care and for others to wait. Our appointment was a bit late due to an emergency and I am glad. If Groot needed special care, I know he would get it here. Staff communication and treatment was stellar.

The girl who brought us in and looked at Cleo and got the medication for her was extremely helpful,polite, and really made sure we were comfortable and we knew how to give the medicine to Cleo. She calmed her down so easily and was awesome.

My dog had a terrible ear infection in both ears and I appreciate the care and treatment plan that we received from the veterinarian and the technician. I plan on bringing both of my dogs to Countryside in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Everyone we dealt with were friendly and accomodating.

Everyone was absolutely fabulous! We were greeted and welcomed immediately with treats and roomed right away. The visit was flawless and fast. I appreciate not feeling pressured into purchasing anything. Even though I did opt for all the vaccines, there was no pressure or guilt involved in the decision. I was given appropriate education to make the decision myself. Thank you all!

Awesome staff great experience

Very impressive. We had been at my previous vet for 30 some years and the switch went smoothly.

Much appreciated getting in to see the vet for sick puppy on short notice. Considering the circumstances, it was a wonderful experience! Receptionist, technician and vet were all great, polite and thorough. They even made sure I didn’t leave without my glasses ?? Our new addition came away with a positive relationship with our vet. Can’t say enough good things!

The site would not take five stars but only four. The intent was to all with five stars.

It was our visit and we were impressed on the professional and friendly demeanor of all the staff, plus our Bella liked it as well. Would definitely recommend Countryside to our friends and acquaintances.
