Awesome staff, great customer service and the vets took us in as though we’d been patients for years—but this was just our first visit! We’re incredibly grateful for the excellent service we received and how compassionate everyone was to help our pup feel better. The room we were in was very clean, staff is excellent. The only complaint I have is that I received the wrong receipt, so please make sure to grab the right papers off the printer next time! :)

Very friendly staff. Dr Stearns explained everything my dog max will need and when he will need it. A nurse called the next day to check in how he was doing after his shots. I had let her know Max did have worms and she was wonderful in explaining what else to watch for. About an hour later Dr Stearns called to check on him. She was great in explaining the next steps on treating him. Overall a great visit and I truly appreciate how much they cared for Max. I will definitely refer people to your office!

This was our first visit with Dr Kauffman, and she was AWESOME!! She came into the room and got right down on the floor to earn Izzy s trust. She explained everything during the visit and the items that we were sent home with. Would definitely schedule with her again!

My experience was wonferful from the start. I was fit in to see the doctor at the last minute,which i was very thankful for. I just loved how knowledgeable the doctor was. She explained things perfectly. My cats loved her. And the rest of the staff were great also. They made me feel very welcome.

I like how the vet gets to our dog s level to examine her. Our dog has anxiety, and the vet does not make her get onto the exam table. She tries to keep her anxiety to a minimum, which means a lot to us.
