Only complaint was the 30 minute wait time to be seen! This was unusual though and normally things are very prompt. I understand sometimes the scheudle gets outta whack for any number of reasons! We love HAH.

Although my dog Eva was only in for follow up blood work on a busy Friday evening, Dr. Ward spent plenty of time answering all of my questions about what the results meant, and ways to continue to keep my dog healthy.

i am truly grateful to have this vet hospital for my pets over many years. The warmth and friendliness of those who work there has been consistent as has the care that my pets have received. Thanks so much, friends.

The entire staff was friendly and professional with the exception of a man by the name of Dave. It may have been our fault because his strikingly good looks made us feel uncomfortable. We will definitely be coming back. And it appeared my dog was quite star struck as well. Two thumbs up! -Travis & Tim

When we count our blessings, your practice feels like part of our family and we count you highly among our greatest blessings. Thank you for taking such good care of our furry family members and their not so furry owners! Chief is home and gaining his strength back! Thank you for helping us with our Sophie in the last leg of her life. Stella says she will try not to give you too many issues! Keep your focus on animal care, and drop some of the trappings that only run my cost up that much higher.

I waited 40 minutes in the room before the Dr came in. I feel that was too long to wait considering I had an appt and had 2 nervous little dogs. I’ve never had to wait that long before. I wasn’t going to say anything, but since it was on this survey, I am mentioning it. It made the visit more stressful for me and my dogs.

I am someone who appreciates recommendations on potential alternative medicine or natural healing remedies, such as grapefruit seed extract.

Dr. Ward and the entire practice team at HAH are top notch. We moved here from NOVA with 3 cats worried about finding a great vet and HAH has exceeded every expectation. Dr. Ward is incredibly skilled, kind and we trust her with our kids.
