I am always grateful for the time and care that Dr. Ward gives to my dogs. I never feel rushed. I love the way she loves on my boys! She literally gets on the floor with them. She answers all of my questions and when there are options that I can do at home to save costs, she suggests them. Thank you Harrisonburg Animal Hospital for making our visits a good experience!

I dropped off a very sick cat and went on to work. The ladies in the office are excellent - kind, caring & tried to help me in every way. I didn t see the doctor (just because of my schedule) but she has always called and talked to me (this time and prior) cat calls. They are amazing. explained everything and answered questions completely.

A follow-up telephone call from the veterinarian to check on the pet after a pet goes home from a surgery or procedure.

Good service and Sam is better!

We saw Dr Kash and we absolutely love her. She answered all my questions and worked well with Diesel. She offered several options to try with his anxiety I didn’t feel rushed or ignored.

I always have a great experience when I come and Gunner is always well taken care of. Sure do miss seeing Delaney though.

Our dog Cody had surgery on his eye yesterday. Dr. Cash and all the staff we had contact with were great. They explained how the surgery went and gave great details on how we were to do follow up care. Thank you!
