For question #6, since I was not able to go in with my cat I can t say for this visit. That said every time I have gone into the office it has been clean.

I love you all. You always care for my cat like it was your own. I honestly started to cry when my cat was returned in such a content state from its last visit.

Dr. Nelson is awesome! She answered all my questions. She is super polite! A very nice addition to your office! I’m always happy with all my visits to the office!

Must have been a particularly busy morning as it took 20 mins this time to drop off the furbabies. I only mention it bc it s so outside the norm, even with Covid it s not usually more than 5 mins? Otherwise, a great experience as always :)
