We are from out of town. Our golden retriever puppy had an ear infection and based on other patients reviews we contacted HAH. We did wait for 5 days to be seen. Once there, the staff was welcoming and attentive. What we appreciated the most is the welcoming email after the visit, and a follow up call 2 days after the appointment to ensure our dog was doing well. Truly appreciated!

due to last minute cancellation, I was able to get my dog seen 45min after I called. While Malachi was there for skin infection, they also updated his vaccines and did labs saving me a second visit. While it is more expensive to get prescription in clinic, it is very convenient and I was able to start meds as soon as we got home and he was responding to treatment within 24hrs. I was notified of bloodwork results within 48 hrs. This clinic has taken great care of our dogs for years and I recommend it to other pet owners. Thanks

My dogs have been patients at HAH for over 30 years - ever since Dr Terry was the owner. The vets, vet techs, and staff are incredible! Prices have really increased but guess that happens everywhere. ??
