I would like to see a separate entrance and waiting area for those of us with cats that is apart from those with dogs in order to keep the noise and stress level on the cats as low as possible.

We just adopted a new cat from the shelter and wanted to get him established as a patient. HAH got us an appointment the same day I called! The staff at the front desk were wonderful as always, especially Deanna. She makes me feel so welcome when she recognizes me and my furbabies. Despite having 7 of our pets at HAH, I think this was the first time one of my cats had a wellness exam with Dr. Cash. It was a really positive experience! My little guy was nervous, but Dr. Cash sat on the floor with him, took her time, and did a thorough examination. When my soulmate pet died unexpectedly at HAH in December I felt so traumatized and sad that I never thought I’d be able to walk through the doors again without feeling immense pain and grief. It helps to know that there are kind and caring staff at HAH who know my pets and know who I am. It’s a good feeling when the front desk staff waits excitedly at the door to meet the shelter cat I impulsively adopted because he’s the doppelgänger to my cat who died in December. I needed this appointment to feel good about coming back in (not because of anyone at HAH but because of my own grief).

Always a great experience with Dr. Cash! No wait time, thorough, explains everything and works with us for any treatment plan needed. Vet techs are always very nice as is the front staff! Excellent care for all the years we’ve been coming! Thank you!

We are from out of town. Our golden retriever puppy had an ear infection and based on other patients reviews we contacted HAH. We did wait for 5 days to be seen. Once there, the staff was welcoming and attentive. What we appreciated the most is the welcoming email after the visit, and a follow up call 2 days after the appointment to ensure our dog was doing well. Truly appreciated!
