I have used this clinic for 3 mini-emergencies also my spay/neuter for my two cats. With every appointment my cats along with myself received amazing care! I like how they present a” game plan sheet” on moving forward and have different options available so there are no surprise fees at the end of the appointment.

Dr. Nelson did an amazing job diagnosing Charlee. We are so grateful that she went the extra mile to have her monitored over the weekend. This decision ultimately saved Charlee s life.

Thank you for seeing my Taffi on such short notice. He just got sick the night before and you gave me an appointment on a friday. I m sure you saved me a trip to the emergency veterinarian which would have been four times more expensive than what I was charged. He received excellent care, and my mind was put at ease that it was safe to keep him at home over the weekend. Considering the care he received I thought the cost was very reasonable. My dog was dropped off in order to be worked in. I wasn t present for her appointment but am thankful for the amount of time Dr. Cash spent with me on the phone the day of the visit and the following day going over lab results and prognosis.

Our timing for Bebe s spay procedure wasn t the best, as you all were closed the day after for the 4th of July and Bebe had pain that the Vetprofen wouldn t alleviate. I don t know if this was because she had both the pay and umbilical hernia repair done together and has a longer incision, but she needed additional pain meds. We were able to get a prescription for gabapentin from our primary vet, Kathleen Connor, which helped with the pain. Now we are dealing with major anxiety issues -- hiding, crying, fearfulness. You all have a great practice, as you can see from the five star ratings we gave you, but this has been a very difficult week. We ve gone through two spays with Tibetan Mastiffs and never saw anything like this. Hoping for better days!

It was so convenient to be able to do a drop off appointment. I appreciated that you kept our dog for the day to keep monitoring him and trying different things. Great care!

As always, our experiences from scheduling on the phone, consulting over email, interactions with all staff, tech and vets are top notch! We don t tell our kitties they re going to the vet when we put them in in their carriers. We tell them they re going to visit their friends at HAH and they re usually more willing to go inside their carriers with minimal coaxing. It s true! We love everyone at HAH and Dexter, Molly, Maggie, and Tori tolerate you (which is a ringing endorsement from a cat)! And Oscar gives you all 6 thumbs up!

A little frustrated with the Rx process. Allivet has faxed Bella s Rx 3 times now. I finally received confirmation from front staff that it was finally received today . I Re-checked back in with Allivet and it still hasn t been faxed back into them .
