I live in Jupiter so it s a bit of a drive to come to the clinic in Palm City. Dr Martin is such an excellent doctor that the drive is worth it.

Patty Ambrose is excellent. She is very genuine in her care for animals. My two fur babies get so excited and happy when she comes out to greet them. Her professionalism encompasses attributes of expertise and empathy and love. I am very blessed to have Patty as one of my care giving pet partners.

I love your facility! I’ve had 2 cats under your vets medical care, one supposedly had a brain tumor and I’m happy to say that taking 1/2 pill of prednosolone has kept him alive and happy for 7 months. The second one was going to get a cat scan because he was having trouble breathing, the doctor put him to sleep and found a mass in his throat, tried to get as much as she could out. We thought he would have to be put to sleep, he was not eating at all. We love this cat so much we brought him home to have him around for at least a few more days. Well, he started eating and sounds much better. He has lasted 10 days and he’s doing very well. I’m surprised I haven’t had any calls from you asking how he is doing !

I was promised an email at the end of the day with an estimate for a procedure. I did receive (and miss) a phone call the next day at which time I could have brought this up. And have not had a moment to call back. Since you re soliciting feedback after hours... it would be nice if the office had a procedure in place to ensure all deliverables are met. Also he waiting room is very stressful for my dog. He trembles. There s a bottle neck at the check in desk. At which point risk engaging in a dog fight. Other dog owners who have more relaxed dogs realize it s important to keep distance and actually approach is. It s very hard to concentrate. How could we ease this? Thank you!

So glad Dave & Patti Magruder referred me to this animal hospital - both doctors I’ve seen there are ever so nice as well as capable. Very caring staff as well. Even tho there are several vets much closer to me, I much prefer driving to P. C. Animal Medical Center. They seem to care as much as I do about my pet’s health & happiness - which is very important to both myself and my pet. After all, my pet is a very loved family member! Many thanks to whomever planned this place!

Palm city medical center is amazing! I drive from Margate/Coral Springs area for each appointment to ensure my pets are getting the best care. I lost my chihuahua in January due to cancer and the entire staff at palm city handled everything beautifully. From scheduling her surgery to having to put her down to picking up her ashes. You guys are amazing and I appreciate everything so much!
