We are always satisfied with our visits to Palm City .we are really happy with Dr. Wolff. He is the best vet that we’ve had over all our years of having pets. He is an excellent Doctor and the staff is always friendly and professional.

Dr. Sheppard is the best and always takes the time to answer any questions about my animal s care. Tammy was also very helpful during our appointment. The office was very courteous helpful.

Britney is the absolute best! I have never had an issue getting an appointment with her which is great- hard to believe but great! I would wait for availability with her any day- she is that good in my opinion. Thanks, Britney!

Dr Shepherd is always professional, compassionate and friendly. He always answers any questions my husband and I have and explains answers in depth. We are extremely pleased with Dr Shepherd and the facility. If we weren’t we wouldn’t travel from Vero Beach.

All staff is courteous, friendly , and greeted with a smile! Veronica is the bomb! I was nervous because my Levi is a little scared with the clippers. However, she worked wonders on my Levi . I will be coming back & highly recommend to friends and family !

Juan Carlos is my absolute favorite staff member! He is SO amazing and helpful and honestly he is the main reason I keep bringing my pups back. Give him a raise and keep him happy! :) I admit I am not loving some of your newer employees. They accidentally gave my leash away to another family. Honest mistake, but that never would have happened with some of your past employees. Seems like you guys have a high employee turn over rate? But at least would have appreciated a discount or something offered for the inconvenience. Otherwise, I love bringing my dogs there and as long as Juan Carlos stays, I’ll be happy!
