Dr Jolin is always a pleasure to deal with for our animal care. She is always helpful, if they are not feeling well or shares valuable advice, if it is only a new patient exam. Dr Jolin is actually the reason we chose to change practices. We were thrilled to learn where she was.

I was on my way home from visitingTennessee with a new puppy. I had some concerns about the puppies as per the vet in Greenefield,Tenn. I have alot of confidence in Dr Wolfe and it was worth the drive to have him exam my pup and get his opinion, which I respect very much. Everyone has been so kind at your office.My sweet Sadie was taken care of By Dr Wolfe,I could have never asked for a kinder vet than him and his staff.AS hard as it was loosing her she had the most peaceful end of life I could have asked for, an I will always remember and appreciate his kindness.

Everyone there were friendly, professional and thoroughly helpful from the time I called for the appointment to after the appointment. Dr Harris and the vet tech gave my boy the best care.

Vets are wonderful. Most vet techs are great. One is not always nice but tolerable. one suggestion, please allow chewy to take your electronic Rx or to take verbal from vet via phone. It is extremely inconvenient to email our Rx for prescription food and to snail mail trifexis Rx. It allow our trifexis to come from them. It’s a $60 difference per dog for their prevention. The excuse/rationale we got was that medications are distributed from China or India. That is not true. All manufacturers are from the United States and the pharmacy is out of Tennessee. We are going to continue using your services as needed but for annuals are likely going to go back to VCA because they allow prescriptions to be sent directly to Chewy which is extremely cost saving when we have three animals and are spending ~$400 a month on prescription medications for our dog’s chronic conditions.

My dig Coco has some special need with breathing and being deaf , the staff always pays attention to these needs .

I haven’t had the pleasure of being in your facility because I’m in Albuquerque. My beloved cat Bennie was turned over to you after having been lost since Dec. first. I have been in contact with Tom and he has been outstanding. He sends updates on Bennie along with pictures that warm my heart. Thank goodness for all of your care and concern. I rate you all 10 stars.
