I really appreciated the helpfulness of the technician.

Dr. Juvan is great and kept me aware of all the changes. The staff is very nice when they called the night before I asked them to note that I did not want them to clip Star s right outside nail because it is deformed. When I dropped her off I repeated that request to the woman at the desk and again to the tech that came to get her. When I got home and looked there were 2 nails that the quicks were hit and they did clip the nail I asked them not to.

Very satisfied

I am a loss for words. My experience was on a level of excellence that I need more than 5 stars for a rating. Dr Sentell must be so proud of the outstanding level of excellence he has created.

Dr Rew was professional and very helpful to our cat Brooklyn. She answered all our questions about his health and will forward results of testing shortly.

My little one can be a challenge for the staff, because she is so anxious and fearful. Everyone does a great job of handling her with as much care as they can while still containing her. And the doctor and staff never make me feel like a bad “mama”. An exemplary, caring staff.

Dr.Joplin was amazing with SuzyQ. She was so patient with her as she is not comfortable being there. The techs are also so patient. I’m so glad to have a vet that is so caring.

We adopted 2 dogs from the Humane Society and the doctor spent alot of time answering our questions and concerns. The facility is beautiful and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. This is definitely our veterinary clinic for the rest of our dogs lives.
