Everyone, from the front intake person, to the person who took the history, to Dr Fillip was wonderful!! They were kind and caring and helpful. The cat boarding area was spotless. Tommy and Jacob were excellent too. I felt comfortable leaving my precious Rachael(who has never been boarded) with them. Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation a little easier.

I m always comfortable when I m there. My Crissy owes her being able to walk to your physical therapist. I will always treasure your staff.

I think the doctor that sees the dog should make the follow up phone call the next day Having never seen Jazzy I did not feel she knew what she was talking about. Also the original doctor gave me an outrageous estimate for a tooth removal when we do not know if it us a tooth I am more interested now in learning How to get the gunk off her face

My first time for using the groomer for Layla, Patty was the best !

Dr Martin was very professional, empathetic as well as being very thorough. When she realized that she had given me the wrong patient’s bloodwork, she called & was very apologetic. She is definitely an asset to the clinic.

Everything was great and appreciated the Dr calling me to say everything was fine. I also appreciated the picture they sent of Bob when he was recovered & ready to come home. Only suggestion is I always have them check his anal glands, as I do whenever I bring him in. So would appreciate the outcome when I come to get him. I always have to ask what the status of his glands were. Then they have to go back & ask. So that should be something presented at checkout.

Dr. Sentell has cared for my Mickie my Katie and now my Daisy Iam so fortunate to have Dr. Sentell care for my little girl.

We have been taking our pets to Palm City Animal Medical Center for 23 years. They are extremely professional and courteous. Dr Sentell has cared for so many of our dogs. In my opinion, they are the best!

All Palm City staff are superb, caring about our pets and making sure we the owners are helped wherever possible. Dr. Jolin was her usual happy and jocular self. It is because of her that we came over from Martin Downs Animal Hospital as soon as we learned she was at Palm City Animal Hospital.

Staff are all so friendly Patty and her staff do a fantastic good of taking care of Lexi I can tell they really care about her
