Love the facility and the staff who went above and beyond! Dr. Don Harris has been taking care of my parrot, Sam, for 35 years and I go wherever he goes to ensure quality care for my baby. He has done miraculous work during his career and I trust him completely. I also was very grateful to have met the head doctor and much of the staff. Love you all and the care is without comparison

I was very disappointed. You sent me 2 cards , reminders, that Lizzie needed her yearly labs & fecal check. The labs were done , I was charged $260! I should have asked how much before hand. When I questioned, it turned out Lizzie was not even due yet & did not need these labs till 11/23. I had your front desk refund my charge & discard the lab sample ! The fecal check was never done & the young lady at the front desk appeared not to know what was going on, she had to go in the back & ask questions 3 times. This visit was inadequate & disappointing.

NOTHING HAPPENED WHEN I CLICKED ON THE STARS...ANYWAY, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! GREAT STAFF!!

Dr.Jolin was great. Our dog is feeling much better.

We were very pleased with the Vet care provided for our 18yr cat, Rose. The medication prescribed quickly turned things around and she s on her way to good health.
