The more doctors I interact with at WOAH, the more I will come to love and understand your whole practice of care. First time appointments with Dr. Fitzgerald today, and she was kind, informative, funny, and perhaps most importantly, gives you the knowledge space and options to make an informed choice for your pet. The only suggestion I would offer WOAH at this point is to really work on the hold times when a person needs to call. It can be almost 30 Minutes before the call is even answered. While the app is helpful, sometimes the functionality is often not as complete or convenient yet as getting a person on the phone.
