I cannot thank Dr Buntain and her staff enough. You are incredibly professional and caring. You went above and beyond to help assist my family in taking care of our sick kitty. Both Dr Buntain and her staff took time out of their busy schedules to help answer questions and concerns about st gone care for my cat. The Spring Branch location is about 10 min farther for me than the Canyon Lake location. However I will keep seeing going to this office. Thank you again!

They were amazing and jumping in and taking care of our all our pups needs. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond what most practices would do. Very grateful to have such a wonderful practice and staff that takes care not only of the pet but also the people :) Highly recommend!!

I enjoy the pleasant personalities of everyone that works here. Taking a pet to the vet can be stressful, but being able to trust everyone on staff makes it much easier.

Transfer of records from CL location to SB was incorrect. Waiting time was long. Doctor did not even introduce herself. We will not return.

I was very happy with the service I received. There was a little longer wait time.

We were happy that the vet could do minor surgery on Dolly right then instead of us having to come back. We also were impressed that a follow up call was made to see how Dolly was doing. Offering beverages was a nice touch. Unexpected.
