I just came in for an ear infection for my dog because I couldn’t get in to our regular vet. I was absolutely blown away by the care and knowledge of Dr. York and actually decided to switch to Zimmvet and have already set up future appts with Dr. York. She is truly the best vet I have ever had the opportunity to work with. She had an opportunity to make a difference for myself and my dog Pete and she went beyond my expectations!

Brilliant ~ I didn t have an appointment, they all took time out to take care of my dog. He had issues with a front foot and back leg. They squeezed us in but gave us top treatment and figured out his problems. I wasn t rushed, they xray d, fixed his foot securely wrapping it, helped me with his weight troubles. We received such great care, wouldn t go anywhere else..this is the place!

Norm seen Dr. Olson and Ashley for his emergency visit due to a bite. They both were TERRIFIC. Very helpful and informative and most of all...... demonstrated increase compassion for Norm. That is why I LOVE you guys. Every time Norm comes in, YOU ALL show compassion and are extremely friendly. My suggestion is to keep doing what you are doing and not change. I am spreading the word about how GREAT your facility is to everyone I know.

Dr. Stacie Olson was incredible! She was so kind, sweet, and loving to us! She blew me away with her professionalism and the amount of time she took with us! It was so easy to talk to her! She was helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t thank her enough for the care she provided to us. We can’t wait to go back to her for all our appointments. The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest when I walked in and during check out. They didn’t greet me at the door or look up from their computers and weren’t very talkative when I tried to make conversation while paying my bill. I worked in a vet hospital for 5 years and I loved striking up a conversation with the clients! It was one of my favorite parts of the job- meeting new people and their babies. I didn’t get that feeling when I walked in. But maybe next time there will be a friendlier vibe! Again, Dr. Olson was extremely kind and we absolutely love her!! She eased my worry and took all the necessary steps to diagnose and came up with a great treatment plan.

I enjoyed Dr. Soderberg. She explained what she was doing with Lily and why. Not the easiest circumstances when your pet has kennel cough and not feel well. Katie also did a good job too.
