Staff requested records from a previous vet clinic without discussing or informing me. Staff should have asked me if it was ok to request the records and I would have declined.

Kaytie and Dr. Olson go above and beyond each appointment to make sure my fearful dog, Shadow, has a positive experience at the vet. Their patience and accommodation for my girl is greatly appreciated!

Dr. Olson was kind and gentle with my blind pet and took great time explaining what she was doing and the results as we went along. Even took extra time to discuss other concerns I brought up not related to the visit. I will be back!
