Great Facility we always have great service at North Valley. We ve been taking our Shitzu for 8 year, we board her and get her checkup/shots/surgery at this facility. There staff is always loving to our MIA. Thank you!!

Eventhough the staff were great, and I got a same day appt as we were from out of state, the antibiotics given to my bulldog, Butterz for her UTI were expired. I didn t look at the expiration date on the Augmentin 500mg until one day after our appt. Butterz was seen on 9/8/2018. The expiration date on her prescription of Augmentin was 8/10/2018. As a medical professional, we go through all of our products and remove expired items. My practice would be heavily fined for expired anything on the shelf.

Our appt was at 4:30 and then I got a call and it was moved to 4:05. We arrived by 3:45 and did not get back to a room until 4:40.

The staff is welcoming,helpful, and concerned about my cat who is dealing with an health issue. Even before this, it was always nice dealing with the doctors who take the time to give understandable explanations about all situations.
