Not happy with getting charged with the annual checkup. Which seems to be only to listing their heart and fingering a few joints. When I have to ask to check my dogs teeth and check their ears! I don’t feel like I’m getting a true check-up of my dog?????????????????? Way to much money for nothing ????????

There’s not enough wonderful things to say about this team! They were amazing. Our dog took a tumble, they squeezed us in asap. There was zero wait, they were so kind and friendly! The doc took amazing X-rays and was very informative and spoke candidly with us. With complete care for our little one. X ray prices, visit, and meds were beyond reasonable! Thank you guys again

Staff from reception to Dr was seamless and professional. I had 2 dog toy breed seniors. Staff and Dr provided tender care.

We love Dr. Dean! He has been taking care of Trinket for almost 11 years, since she was a pup. With the exception of my Rosie not recovering from the shave experience, I ve always been happy with the services at No. Vslley

Everything was excellent. Great office, great staff.

Doctor Dean explained everything after surgery and was very helpful. We had some issues with the estimate/billing that were taken care of after several attempts.

So grateful for the care Piper received within short notice. Everyone is so patient and kind with each person and pet even though they have so much going on all the time. They treat the people and animals like they are the only patient there and don t make you feel rushed to get in and out.

I think 22 dollars is a bit much for a nail trim. Seems like it was $20 not that long ago.

The staff and providers are respectful and answer questions. Treat our dogs compassionately. Feel they are cared for. Appreciate the e-mails about making and reminders for appointments.
