Everyone was very kind, took the time to explain my bill BEFORE the visit. I was very thankful for this. My vet took the time to kindly explain everything and was very attentive to me and my pups. Thank you for making a very nervous visit for me into an educational, positive visit.

My dog has horrible anxiety & I loved that Dr. Smalls & the technician were very patient with her so she’d calm down enough to finish the exam. They were so good with her & also made sure to call & check on her the next day. Love that I switched to this vet the past year. Highly recommend them. :)

Loving Touch has impressed me at every step, from the first call to make an appointment, to email welcome and reminder, as well as follow up call and follow up email to resolve an issue of ownership. This was our first appointment and we are very happy with Loving Touch. We were referred by my sister who is friends with Fred Smalls and by Faithful Friends who I called as well.
