The staff took excellent care of Eloise. They made me feel comfortable knowing that she was so well taken care of. I appreciated the phone call update, and itemized fees for service up front. Thank you for all of the hard work and immediate attention to her care.

We got a new puppy and our usual vet isn’t taking new pets. Our pup turned out to have a bacterial infection and dehydrated. We were given all the meds we needed and she’s on the mend. We are so thankful and happy with the service! The staff was wonderful!

I have always felt that PV has been very good with my pets past and present. One suggestion would be if a family has to put there pet down give them the option to leave from the back door so sad to see them walk through the lobby in tears.

The only issue I have with the clinic is your pricing. I can take my dog to a different company and when he gets shots, the exam is free.
