absolutely love the care all the staff provide for Charlie. They are so friendly and Charlie likes them too. Excellent care provided.

Every time I call, no matter the time, the first question asked is can you hold. Following a 2-3 minute wait if not more I finally get to speak with a receptionist. My request recently was for 2 med refills for my dog to be texted when ready for pickup-I’m still waiting.

The staff there is always wonderful. Me and my animals love it.

Brought my sweet dachshund in for an anal glad expression. I noticed a lump on her face on the way there. The staff squeezed her in to see the vet. They ran tests and she had a fever and infection.She was given an antibiotic and pain meds.24 hours later, my dog is feeling and looking better. Thank you!

Considering not returning after 12 years. The veterinarian was scared of my cat. Charged me for an exam that was not completed. Told me that the cat needed to be on med before arrival next time to get a complete exam. Which after 12 years never had been suggested before. The assistant touched the cat more than the veterinarian did. I made it very clear what rabies shot we were there for, twice. I was ignored and the veterinarian gave my cat the wrong dosage. The Vet called to tell me she gave him the wrong dosage and did not realize it until she read his file. She should of read his file prior to giving him the shot. Very unhappy with the service the veterinarian provided. She made me nervous and uncomfortable.

I am once again thrilled with Pulaski Vet. My dog had an issue that turned out to be an even bigger issue than anticipated, but Dr. Burno spent the extra time needed to take care of it right away. I am very grateful for the good care that Dr. Burno and the entire staff at Pulaski Vet provide to me and my pets.

Pulaski Vet. Clinic is such a fantastic and caring facility. They go overboard to help keep our pets safe. They explain everything they are doing to help your special baby .. They treat them as if they are their own. Always a follow-up to see how that baby is doing. Best vet clinic I know!! Thank you Pulaski vet personnel. Lucy Belle and love you!!

Everybody was nice and great at their jobs. They loved my puppy and acted like it was their own. Dr. Grandaw did her job very professionally and very knowledgeable to all my questions. I’m very happy to have a great vet clinic this close to home.

I like the friendly atmosphere and the friendly manner in which my dogs and we are treated. I didn t notice until I was marking the date and time for their next grooming session is at 7:30 am. If I could change that to 10:30 or 11:00 am I would greatly appreciate that.
