The only complaint is even with an appointment, the waiting time was much too long. 3 people came in after us and went in first. The waiting time in the exam room was at least 20 minutes. Other than that I would recommend you to family & friends.

The staff is always nice and very helpful. I always leave feeling good about the visit, like the staff cared and all my questions get answered. Dr. Taylor is wonderful, I feel very comfortable with her as the doctor for my pets, I wish she could be my primary care doctor as well!!!

Dr. Lee is always willing to take the time and talk through any and all concerns we may have. He explains the what/why so we leave feeling confident we know what s going on. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but great experiences with Grey Fox.

My family and I used the same vet since I was 5 years old. When she left her practice I searched for a new vet that I trusted and thankfully someone suggested Gray Fox. I love Dr. Beras and I have seen Dr. Taylor for sick visits and thought she was amazing as well. The staff is friendly, the office clean. I highly recommend this vet practice.

I know wait times may vary depending on how backed up a doc is. I arrived five minutes before my appointment 3:55pm (appointment at 4pm) and wasn t taken back into the room until 4:30pm. The doc was prompt when I went in which is great. This won t stop me from coming here as my family has been bringing our family pets here for at least 25 years.

I saw Dr Taylor...she is so caring and knowledgeable and was great with my pet so gentle. I would say that about all your staff there vets as well as rest of your staff. Desk girls are great too!

Our family used cinnaminson animal hospital- where I was lucky enough to have a great vet- but I can t be happier with Gray Fox Animal Hospital thus far.
