I am so appreciative of the staff. I got my appt time wrong and they made an extra effort to get me squeezed in.

had to book about 40 days in advance but for routine care, no emergency. Great care and great service as usual.

I like the procedure of staying outside in car until called. You should continue this option even after the virus is gone.

my previous pets have been going to Gray Fox, it was only natural to take mommy cat there. since finding out she has a tumor over her heart, they have shown great compassion/understanding of her condition. I would not go anyplace else for the care of any pets I have.

Very satisfied with services, people & environment. Just one suggestion though. Thankfully, my cat doesn’t need to be seen often but when he was, it was always by a different doctor. For continuity of care for both owner & pet, it would be helpful to see same doctor.

Staff are very patient and accommodating to my dog who is not a big fan of doctors visits and do a very good job keeping him as calm and relaxed as possible.
