The wait time was a little long. Especially for an anxious cat. But, overall, the experience was good. Jakers was no worse for the wear. I’m very pleased with the nail clipping that he received and the ear cleaning. And the doctor and staff, were very pleasant, and thorough. I just wish I could have received his medication there, to start him on it immediately. Or, I could’ve even gone to the pharmacy and picked it up that day, (with my restricted schedule) had it been called in earlier.

With the check up exam costing $60.00 I may be forced to find another facility. Due to the pandemic funds are very tight and I am unable to afford this fee.

I had trouble manipulating your graph to give you the score your deserve. Lets it was between a four star and a six. We wouldn t take our animals anywhere else. Relax your paranoia. This seems like many retail and service industry businesses lately are falling into using these surveys as a means of checking on themselves. Gray Fox has nothing to worry about. Blaine

My one complaint is the amount you charge for things. Your office charged me $20 for a 1oz tube of toothpaste. I found it on Amazon for $13.99 for 2.5 oz. Lesson learned.
