We have been bringing our fur babies here for 20+ years and love this office. EVERYONE is so nice!!

We love our vets! (Mr & Mrs.) we have been taking pur pets to them since our first cat in 1991.

We were very pleased with our visit!!!

Dr. Lee Spector and his staff are great. Once again, my dog had to be updated with all of his shots and Dr. Lee handles him with no problems! I definitely recommend Gray Fox for your pet(s).

All 5 star answers. The best Doctor in the area. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone with a pet that they love. He s the best! The staff is excellent as well.

The cost to trim nails was high and a couple nails were missed so I trimmed myself while waiting for blood work results

I waited for over an hour to get into a room and then waited another 15 minutes for the vet. The vet was unable to complete a through exam as I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave for another important appointment. I had to pay over $75 for the visit and now need to schedule another appointment to do more testing to get a firm diagnosis. I love this vet practice but was annoyed at having to wait so long and not be able to get a thorough exam due to my limited availability. Waiting over an hour seems excessive and not fair to me or my pet. I am now sure if this can be avoided with better scheduling or staffing??

It was an hour and 20 minutes from the time I arrived, to the time I spoke with/saw the doctor. If the office is runnign late on schedule appointment, I suggest calling earlier in the day to alert the patient. Honoring appointment times should be a standard of practice. It was an unreasonable amount of time to wait to be seen by the doctor. Staff were wonderful, friendly and apologetic. Truly, everyone who works there are lovely people. However, there needs to be a significant amount of improvement in this area.

First of all, we were early for the appointment...but even if you have to wait, patients know that the doctors will take whatever time is needed with your pet. I appreciate the doctors and staff at Gray Fox.

I always love bringing my fur babies to your office, you really care about Judas and Jade my American bulldogs. I have been to other vets in different states where I lived and they never seem to be as your staff. As soon as you walk in you say hello and call the pets by name when you know them. Even if I was to move to a different state, I would bring my babies back to your office. Everyone treats you like family.
