I waited for over an hour to get into a room and then waited another 15 minutes for the vet. The vet was unable to complete a through exam as I only had 15 minutes before I had to leave for another important appointment. I had to pay over $75 for the visit and now need to schedule another appointment to do more testing to get a firm diagnosis. I love this vet practice but was annoyed at having to wait so long and not be able to get a thorough exam due to my limited availability. Waiting over an hour seems excessive and not fair to me or my pet. I am now sure if this can be avoided with better scheduling or staffing??

It was an hour and 20 minutes from the time I arrived, to the time I spoke with/saw the doctor. If the office is runnign late on schedule appointment, I suggest calling earlier in the day to alert the patient. Honoring appointment times should be a standard of practice. It was an unreasonable amount of time to wait to be seen by the doctor. Staff were wonderful, friendly and apologetic. Truly, everyone who works there are lovely people. However, there needs to be a significant amount of improvement in this area.

First of all, we were early for the appointment...but even if you have to wait, patients know that the doctors will take whatever time is needed with your pet. I appreciate the doctors and staff at Gray Fox.

I always love bringing my fur babies to your office, you really care about Judas and Jade my American bulldogs. I have been to other vets in different states where I lived and they never seem to be as your staff. As soon as you walk in you say hello and call the pets by name when you know them. Even if I was to move to a different state, I would bring my babies back to your office. Everyone treats you like family.

The girls in the office r great! ?? friendly helpful. Medications r pricey n shots. I’m on a fixed income n it’s hard to manage n do all the tests. I just can’t afford them. I love Dr. Spencer he’s so good with Katie. I love my little girl n want to keep her healthy but it’s hard at the cost of things. I can only do very limited visits.

I have been going there for over 34 years & will continue to go there because of the care my fur babies receive.

Dr K Tamberillo is fantastic. I drive 2 hours to see her. I have had dogs all my life and never had a vet be so thorough. I pray she doesn’t retire in my lifetime. Also the woman who is always at the front desk and usually answers the phone should get an “AT A BOY”. Constantly cheerful and really cares to make sure you understand the drs directions concerning your pet. In a time where I think people just don’t care about doing a good job, I feel she goes far beyond. Hope you understand because of these two special woman, I keep returning.

Such an amazing office! They take care of my boy and love on him like he is their own. They do there best to keep him separated from other dogs and put us in a room early so that if his sedation kicks in he’s already in the room. We are typically in and out before our appointment time too! Absolutely love everyone in the office.

Being on a small fixed income and a Senior $25 is too much for nail clipping for dog.

We moved to Delaware in 2019 we have new doctors for us but,still travel to Jersey for our dog to come to Grayfox

Staff has usual were welcoming to me but more importantly my pet!
