The staff is very professional and good with the animals. The only negative was waiting so long in a very warm exam room. There was no waiting when we got there, but ended up waiting 2o minutes in the exam room before even a nurse/tech came in.

We had a coupon for new clients I was hoping to use, but since I d brought a pet in 5 years prior, I couldn t use it. (The pet that was previously there came only because our regular vet had had his own surgery and wasn t back to performing surgery/spays for pets yet. So we chose Noah s, and it came back to bite me in the butt with this coupon.) Both pets that were seen this time were new, and from vet records it was clear we d been going somewhere else for years and were switching over to Noah s. It would ve been nice to been able to use it as a switching customer also, especially given how long it had been since we used Noah s. We obviously weren t playing a 5 year game just to get a free exam. That part was a disappointing welcome.

Dr. Crow and her staff were awesome to work with. They took the time to explain everything and treated our fur baby the best.

This was Mojo s first very visit. As a dog owner of an anxious pup, I was worried how he would do. But the whole staff made it an incredible experience and set Mojo up to be the pup I see everyday. Thank you!

I have been bringing my pets to Noah’s for 15 or more years. I always felt the staff was caring. Because your pet is special to you, you want to feel comfortable with the vet too. I never know who(the vet) is going to walk in. I have felt their concern when confronted with an injury, but for me, I wish I felt a better connection with the vet.
