You have been AMAZING to us and Maggie. Could not ask for any more! Thank you for your care and compassion. She has rebounded and is eating and drinking and holding down food. We are enjoying this weekend with Maggie and will say goodbye on Monday.

All staff was welcoming and friendly. The process for walk in illness was explained. Wait was as expected. Dr Fredricks was very nice, she listed and cared well for our pups. The staff was patient with our dogs. I would recommend the clinic to others. I will continue care for my pups at the clinic.

When I called and checked on the status of my kitties vaccines, I was told that they needed to be renewed but that I could come to the drive-thru for this and need not make an appt. Upon arrival, I was told that they needed no vax updates, but that they needed a wellness check, usually requiring an appt. Fortunately the were able to be seen, and I didn t have to turn around and come back another day, but your reception staff needs a refresher on reading records.
