I would suggest that the take home instructions are explained to the client prior to their pet being handed back to them post surgery. My husband left without any take home instructions and they weren’t emailed the same day. I had to call back the following day and request the office manager to do so. I had to figure the medication instructions for the medications via the vet clinic I work at. I wish that hadn’t happened. I didn’t even receive a call the day prior for pre surgery instructions like no food after 8 pm no water after 6 am etc. I am glad I knew that though. Further training is needed.

Dr. Skinner is the best she not only helped me go thru a tough time a few months ago losing ?? 2 furbabies at once, she was a champ with my very very nervous dog whom didn t want anything to do with Dr.Skinner, poor girl just shoke and hid by me or her Dad. But never the less Dr. Skinner did her work came to Lacie and even took her back to get her nail trimmed. Thank you

The receptionist, vet tech, and vet were all extremely helpful and kind, I had a great visit and Paulie did too. The only problem was I forgot to pay! ?? I thought I had a card on file, and no one mentioned having to pay after, so I thought I was finished. A silly mistake, but I figure I’m not the first. The receptionist who called the next day was very nice about it, though. Thank you!!

i was surprised by the wait time, as i had never had to wait that long before. i was told it would be a couple minutes and we ended up waiting over an hour, which is fine but i wish i would’ve been told a more accurate time estimate as i probably would’ve chosen to leave and return a different day. the service was really good once we were seen. my dog is just very anxious and the wait was pretty rough especially considering the weather was rainy so we couldn’t walk around for long. that is not generally the experience i have. it’s been very quick to be seen on our other visits.

Both the Dr and lady who worked with us were very friendly , knowledgeable and explained the problem very well. The wait was longer then we liked but that was our choose at the time. Normally I would have made an appointment but because we both have been very sick for the last couple of months I chose just to come in first chance we had to be sure Zena was seen. Thank you all soon much and enjoy the rest of 2024...
