Fantastic service! I was coming with a horse and had a dog get injured that morning. The staff was able to work her in to get her seen on that short notice since I was already coming. I am thankful for the flexibility they were able to provide in getting both of my animals seen!

The follow up has been the problem. I have called and left two messages. I do not have test results and it has been 10 days since the appointment. I do not like the automatic phone system I leave messages, then get a text offering to text if I have NOT left a message and then I hear nothing back. Human contact is important when dealing with our beloved pet and expensive healthcare.
